1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abce67 ("abce67", "we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the abce67 website located at abce67.net and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and gaming products made available through that domain.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the abce67 account registration process; clicking any "I Agree" or confirmation checkbox during registration; making a deposit to your abce67 account; or placing any bet, wager, or game round on the platform. Acceptance is unconditional and covers these Terms in their entirety, including all supplementary policies referenced herein.

abce67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, abce67 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an on-screen notification upon next login. The amended Terms will be effective immediately upon publication at abce67.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and request account closure via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use an abce67 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• Legal capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You do not already hold a registered abce67 account. Opening a second account is prohibited under these Terms and under abce67's fraud prevention policy.
• Own identity: You are registering on your own behalf and using your own legal identity and payment methods. Registering on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment accounts, is forbidden.
• Not self-excluded: You have not previously applied for self-exclusion on abce67 or agreed to a permanent exclusion, and you are not subject to any active cooling-off period on this platform.
• Not a restricted person: You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close relative of any employee of abce67 or any of its game provider partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

abce67 enforces age verification through its KYC process. All players must submit a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or passport before withdrawals are permitted. abce67 uses third-party identity verification services and reserves the right to suspend any account pending satisfactory completion of age and identity checks. During a verification hold, the player's deposit balance is preserved but no withdrawals or additional deposits are permitted until verification is complete.

If abce67 discovers at any time that a player was under 18 at the time of registration or at the time any bet was placed, abce67 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed while underage, and return only the net deposit amount (deposits minus withdrawals already received) in accordance with applicable responsible gaming guidelines.

3 Account Registration

To access abce67's full range of services — including placing bets, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process at abce67.net. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and preferred payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration remains accurate and up to date. If any registered information changes (for example, your mobile number or bKash-registered number), you must update your account details immediately by contacting support via Live Chat or at [email protected]. abce67 accepts no liability for failed transactions or account access issues arising from outdated account information.

Upon successful registration, abce67 will issue a unique account username. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Specifically:

• You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your abce67 account or place bets on your behalf.
• You must not use a password that is identical to, or easily derived from, your username, phone number, or date of birth.
• You must notify abce67 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting Live Chat support or emailing [email protected].
• abce67 will never ask for your full password, OTP code, or bKash/Nagad PIN via any communication channel. Any such request is fraudulent — report it immediately.

abce67 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 are not met, or where the registration appears to be linked to fraudulent activity or to an existing suspended account.

KYC Verification: All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal is processed. Players must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or passport, together with a live selfie as directed. abce67 may also request proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account in your name) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by abce67 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. abce67 does not charge any fee for KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on abce67 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). abce67 does not charge players a transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their respective fee schedules.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.

Deposits are credited to your abce67 balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 15 minutes, please contact Live Chat support with your transaction reference number before attempting a second deposit. abce67 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method used to fund the account (i.e., if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to the same bKash number). This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 for mobile financial services; ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes, seven days a week including public holidays.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM BST).
• abce67 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to any withdrawal request above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of the bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Deposit funds not used to meet a bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

abce67 will never request payment to a third-party personal account. All abce67 payment instructions are issued through official channels within your verified account dashboard. If you receive payment instructions via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email that direct you to send money to an individual's personal mobile number, treat this as fraud and report it immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

abce67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions for occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournament events. All bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time of opt-in.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all abce67 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) and the eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino table games) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the wagering requirement — check individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Eligible players: Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise. abce67 will void bonus funds and any associated winnings if multiple accounts are used to claim the same bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements have an expiry period from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. The expiry period is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds for sports bonuses: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Void bets, cashed-out bets, or bets placed using other bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements.
• abce67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after being credited to a player's account, abce67 will provide reasonable notice and any wagering progress already made will be assessed fairly.
• Bonus abuse: abce67 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds voided and may be restricted from future promotions.

All bonuses are offered at abce67's sole discretion and constitute gifts, not obligations. abce67 is not required to offer any specific bonus to any player, and the availability of a promotion does not create a contractual entitlement to that bonus for any user who did not receive it directly.

6 Gameplay Rules

Each game category available on abce67 — sports betting, live casino, video slots, crash games, and fishing games — is governed by the specific rules published within the game interface and on the respective product pages of abce67.net. These product-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, the product-specific rule applies to that game category.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with abce67's official sports betting rules, which are published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Key principles include:

• abce67 reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play bets are accepted at abce67's discretion. The platform may suspend in-play markets at any time — bets already accepted before the suspension will stand unless voided under the void conditions above.
• For cricket markets, the result is determined once the official result is declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.). Abandoned matches or no-results are settled as void unless specific alternative settlement rules are stated for that market.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing the bet.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). abce67 does not control or modify game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game server result will stand as the official outcome, and any winnings will be credited automatically once your connection is restored and the session is reconciled.

Crash Games: Crash games such as Aviator (by Spribe) use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. The crash multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins using a seed value that can be independently verified by the player after the round is complete. abce67 does not interfere with the crash point determination process. Minimum bet per round: ৳50. Auto-cashout settings are available but are subject to the game provider's system performance — abce67 accepts no liability for auto-cashout failures caused by the provider's software.

Fishing Games: Fishing games, including Fishing Yi Lu Fa, award prizes based on which sea creatures are caught during gameplay. Prize tables are displayed within the game interface. These games are RNG-certified and operated by their respective providers. Minimum stake per shot is ৳10.

7 Prohibited Conduct

abce67 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or attempts to defraud abce67 or its game providers. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the abce67 platform to launder funds, cycle deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay, or conduct any transaction that appears designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino or poker-format game, including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated betting in live dealer games, or pre-arranged outcomes.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Using the abce67 platform as part of a matched betting or arbitrage strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a way that removes all risk from the player's position while still triggering bonus conditions.
• Use of bots and automation: Using any software, script, bot, macro, or automated tool to interact with the abce67 platform in a non-human manner — including automated bet placement, automated game play, or automated account management.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one abce67 account, whether under the same or different identity, for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses, evading restrictions, or circumventing any account limit or suspension.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider for a deposit that has been used for genuine gameplay on abce67. Where a chargeback is initiated, abce67 reserves the right to pursue recovery of the reversed amount and to suspend the account pending resolution.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your age.
• Interference with platform systems: Attempting to access, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in abce67's software infrastructure, including attempts to alter game outcomes, manipulate RNG outputs, or interfere with the live casino stream.

Where abce67 identifies prohibited conduct, it will act in accordance with its investigation and enforcement procedures. This may include immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived winnings, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanent account closure. abce67 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in cases where criminal conduct is suspected.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

abce67 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, breach of any provision of these Terms, or reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, abce67 will notify the player via their registered email address within 24 hours of the suspension being applied, unless doing so would compromise the investigation. The player may request a review of the suspension by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Suspension Review". abce67 aims to complete standard suspension reviews within five business days.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your abce67 account at any time by contacting Live Chat support or emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, abce67 will process any pending verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) within five business days. Once your account is closed, all associated data is retained in accordance with the abce67 Privacy Policy for the period required by applicable data retention obligations.

Self-exclusion closure: If you request account closure specifically on the grounds of problem gambling, abce67 will treat this as a self-exclusion request under its Responsible Gaming policy. Your account will be immediately locked and you will not be permitted to re-open it or register a new account for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
